CLA- Registration Form – School Year 2024/2025

Recent TRANSCRIPT/REPORT CARD/ Student Status ID must be submitted at the time of admission, to confirm prerequisite. A fee of $ __100__/course must be paid at registration. Any Fees Paid are Non-Refundable. NO REFUND. NO CREDITS or Marks will be issued until proof of prerequisites is provided and all outstanding balances settled. Use of Phones or any other Electronic Gazette is not permitted in classrooms.
You must finish your course within 6 months of the registration date, failing to do so will result in cancellation of registration, without refund. We do not guarantee marks, results of your course, or scholarship. No refunds will be issued, for the same.
